SHIPPING POLICY

Please be aware that all wigs are custom made to your requirements so orders may take a bit longer that anticipated, especially when it comes to mass order volumes. So we do appreciate your patience when it comes to waiting on you order. If you want to place an order for a specific date, please do send an email, before placing an order to avoid any disappointment or delays.

UK ORDERS

Custom UK orders will take up to 12 days to be made an additional 1-2 days to be sent off using Royal Mail next day shipping. This requires a standard charge of £12.00 that will be added upon checkout. Once orders are shipped, you will receive tracking information via email orders will be sent off using a tracked and signed for courier. (Please note that custom colour units may take a few days longer)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

All international orders will require up to 14 days for units to be made and sent off. This will require an additional £28.00 fee with delivery times 3-5 day for Europe orders, and 5-7 for other worldwide orders. Orders will be sent off using a tracked and signed for courier. Once orders are shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. (Please note that custom colour units may take a few days longer)

VAT

VAT costs are included automatically in the price of units, please be advised that we are not responsible for any additional VAT costs once orders have reached your destination.

RETURN POLICY

You may be eligible to receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with your wig unit. This includes, but is not limited to, styling not suitable, wrong sizing sent or dispatched later than stated in the shipping section.

You will have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. 

 

Unfortunately, return shipping must be organised and paid for yourself. Please use a trackable service as we will not issue a refund for misplaced or lost orders. Orders must be sent back in its original packing with no damages or irreversible changes. Otherwise, your refund will be compromised.

 

Due to hygiene reasons, you will NOT be eligible for a refund if you have already cut the lace or require the lace to be custom cut beforehand or have worn the wig.
 

 

To make sure that you are 100% pleased with your unit, please take measurements of your head, this consists of your heads full circumference in centimeters (CM). Your unit will be made according to the exact specifications you select before purchasing. If you have made a mistake with measurements please email manebymay@gmail.com with your order number and correct measurements, so this can be changed as soon as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for the mistakes of measurements, including variances in colour caused by photographs of references. If you are looking for a specific color, we advise you to send the exact colour choice or desired brand.
